I'm gonna sound like a boomer here, but there's a ton of kids like this. It's their parent's/teacher's/coach's fault more than the kids. I literally had to teach a 17 year old employee how to tie her shoes. A good amount of these kids want to learn, they literally don't know how. He cool to them and teach the ones who want to learn.
