Hi, just a question with the mako 360, can the green elastomers that go around the handlebar be slit and popped over or have to be slid on from the end of handlebar requiring removal of all controls etc?

Are their bar pad options? Also is there only the above bar option for a Scott's dampner? And are they available in black?

cool but why is this like 350 dollars, like what a joke that price is , 250 dollars would be the most i spend on this , way overpriced.

I’ll wait till it goes on sale or there is a cheaper version from China. My first motorcycle cost less than $300.

@ygmfmh got the product of the year and everything comparable but inferior is the same cost for more. He's definitely not going out of business

@ygmfmh Looks like a business opportunity for you if you can make a profit on them at $250. As a small run USA manufacturer who machines aluminum myself, I couldn't make these for that price. Especially the molded polymer inserts...my supplier wants 10,000 pieces minimum for parts like those. The aluminum is anodized which is getting more and more expensive these days and becoming like a cartel. It's possible to do them yourself in small batches but that still is a PITA if you are making 100 parts a year, and with no guarantee for quality. I have a competitor who is no longer able to anodize his product and is shutting down which I feel bad about as I got grandfathered in for another run--the anodizer was quoting him near the price of his product for anodization alone! I also appreciate the innovation, so I don't mind tipping a guy 50 bucks if that is what his actual "profit" is, considering he responds to email inquiries himself (I asked some questions about my bike). 400 bucks is extremely expensive, but it's not over priced--that's why I am buying these. Peace to you and best of luck!
