I'm trying to pair a headset to a Yealink T46G and though dongle is plugged in, it say's bluetooth adapter not found when I turn on bluetooth on phone or that wifi adapter isn't found when I try to turn wifi on. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?
Have you tried using a Generic WIfi adaptor in a YeaLink t48S or similar phone?
Do we HAVE to purchase the Yealink specific 40 or 50 device?
In our experience, any standard USB WiFi dongle works. We have tested a few and they all worked with no problem!

@@bytesdigital113 Hi Guys, we bought a cheap TP-Link TL-WN823N and unfortunately it doesn't work with our T46S phones. Do you know which ones you tried and worked? Thanks. £40 for the Yealink ones is a bit mad!

Before buying another, it may be worth checking your router can handle your voice traffic by using a LAN cable.
