Hi. I've got the same phone setup via ethernet cable. My issue is the phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the network at random times. Any idea what that could be? I don't experience any internet drop outs on any other device in my home other than on the t46s. Cheers
It would be worth factory resetting the phone and re configuring. If you are not experienced speak to your provider. If no other devices such as PC's have this problem then it is likely a problem with the phone rather than the network.
Did you resolve this? If not look for Green Ethernet / Energy Efficient Ethernet on your switch! Took me ages to find out what was up with ours and it turned out to be this. Long story short if the switch does not receive a signal for a set period it shuts down the port, hence the constant rebooting

Hi Andy, do you have the phone running through power line adapters or plugged straight into a router/switch?
@@Walder26 cheers for the reply. I've tried both and both drop the connection intermittently. A bit frustrating given we need to work from home.
