Personally, I don’t even think there’s anything for Envy to cooperate with. There seems to be a lot of evidence to put Cesar away as is, he was sloppy and selling houses he didn’t own. I think Miron made a good point that what the Feds really want to know is how involved Envy was. The real question is if Cesar will flip to get a better deal.

Myron is bugging it is not possible as a real estate rental property investment to get 30% return in 6 months or less. Not even in flipping houses thats a dream not a reality.
