If you're having problem in Clue 5:
First go to the map where the monster spawn. Then open the map and change to Elite Difficulty, then on the Monster list click the Blackfire Executor Hakhan and click the Fast Travel button. You'll transfer to Elite version of the map where the quest monster is.

Just my update, I too experienced bug on Boss Hakhan. Then I decided to finish first the elite quests, then pressed Auto, I suddenly finished the task.
