I love the diagonally positioned kitchen area and the front yard landscaping. The mirrored fireplace is not my taste, and the bathrooms were better before!

Nope won't happen. Banks have gotten smart about lending. The problem is the flippers/investors. They come in out bid people and pay all cash. Fix it up and sell to make huge profits. Outlaw these flippers and investors and prices won't be as high

They were so much nicer to each other when they first split 🥺 the episodes after this they bicker soo much it drives me lol..
I don't like the snarky comments he throws out there about Christina having lost her mind a couple of years ago or others he dropped. Thats mean and disrespectful. I used to like them before but come on, too little of a man if you need to be dropping rude comments about her that way.
That's why their marriage eventually fell apart.He's changed a lot now after therapy and counseling as he admitted to on TV,an a much better husband to Heather as he should've been to Christina who worked so hard wth him for so long,an tolerated his snide remarks all tht tym.

Izzy was their prime contractor and we wonder why he is no longer part of rehab team. Buying and flipping houses take patience and deep pockets, so watching others do it is educational. This video skipped too much of the work.
I didn't like Izzy. He seemed very greedy among all those constructors they worked with.

The one thing I've never liked about their show is how blatantly negative they are about the house they buy. These are peoples prior homes. I know some of them aren't very nice or down right disgusting but I would feel awful ridiculing them so hard on tv. I think they should be nicer.

They need to give each other a break...they are fooling themselves they don't have to work together. Even though they were both trying to be professional, I could see and hear the tension in their voices. As a new wife I wouldn't deal with my. Husband working with his ex-wife. This is that country time bullshit. I'm a city girl, we don't hate our ex's but we also don't work with them either...If I divorce you, you are not getting the privilege of seeing me everyday nor every week. Tarek just got married he should be bring his new wife into there own new business. He should be building with Heather.
From what I read, they've known each other longer than we have known them as a couple. They were business partners before they were married to each other. They may be divorced from each other now, but they will always be in each others lives. This is one show they do together. They also have their own separate shows. I also want to add that Heather is a wonderful strong woman and she gets along fine with Christina. If she's fine with the exes working together, I don't see why we can't learn to accept it as such.
Go back to school and learn grammar and English.

They make so much money every flip, yet they were still so greedy! They’re both awful people. The redesigns versus how it looked originally is the only reason I watch these.

I think he definitely was more of a risk taker than her but she has an eye for design. They were a good team
he always seemed narky towards her after the divorce and it couldn't last. He continued on with his new partner doing flip flops again and she continued on with her better looking new guy but crap show.
