This boat is starting to grow on me. Lets like a great choice for an older single man. Definitely a traditional nautical feel, very very easy to single hand (at least under power), the greater trailerability give you more options to cruise, and good for colder sailing (extend your season) with the pilot house and nice heating system. I really like the ability to sail with this. Kind of reminds me of a Fisher 30. I could see spending lots of time in New England on this.

You miss the chain plates and sheet winches? Rig's unstepped. Happens for lots of reasons, certainly on a pocket cruiser. ( canals, bridges, storage, transport, survey)
