Caco remembers that he has no legs or feet, so he asks L.S to deal with the pedal, and he agrees. Caco rushes back home to tell his friends about what he found and if they could start a band, and the Revenant and the Baron agree, and Revenant finds his trumpet and Baron sees how the trumpet was played, so he found a pot and blew in it. Then the 3 rush out into an open field in hell, and the rest is history. : )
My headcanon is that somewhere in the Fortress of Doom theres a small auditorium for the dootband to gather in, them being the only demons the doom slayer likes

Should it be more sense to have him as a pain elemental it has arms and can already summon lost souls and it wouldn't make sense to have as a caco demon rather than a pain elemental
