"I think I gained weight just reading how many times she stopped at Starbucks." 😂😂😂
Totally agree about teenage relationships!
Prophetic gift? Seeing into other people's souls? *gives book very big side eye*
😂
Love your honesty and wholesome spirit. This Christian booktuber agrees with you about adolescent dating. I feel like adults condone it from a child's early age (even though they aren't purposely trying to be harmful). We unknowingly think it's cute... like we tell kindergarteners, "Oh, you have a boyfriend in your class? That's so sweet!" *adult then proceeds to laugh and smile.🙃 This isn't the only issue, but something I've noticed that adults really don't think through at the moment and/or don't realize can be a real problem b/c kid & pre-teens aren't dating early with thoughts of marriage like the old days.
Thank you for your kind words :D
yes! It's such a cultural problem these days! I think it was Paul Washer who said "don't you ever say something like that to my son. He only gets to be a child once."
@@haleyannabelle20 Of course. You are a young woman who is wise beyond her years - but I have an inkling that you've heard that before!
Ahhh, love that. Yes! Let kids just be kids. ❤
I’m really excited to read the Paige Alder series! They sound really good, I’m glad you enjoyed them! 💙💙
Also that book about Diesel sounds very interesting. I love learning and reading about history so that seems right up my alley.
Paige Alder is so fun! It's just so refreshing to read a contemporary christian book that has a good storyline, fun characters, and some depth!
eek I hope you read Diesel!
Also the Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel sounds really interesting!! I related when you said you love those historical books that make you feel smart! 😂
You should listen to it! I'm obsessed
In the month of April, I read The Cross & The Switchblade, listened to White Fang before vacation. On vacation, we visited the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY and I purchased this book A Flood Of Evidence: 40 Reasons Noah & The Ark Still Matter at the museum so I decided to continue my studied on Noah's Family and read The Ark & The Dove: The Story Of Noah's Wife which was a fantastic book. It was an amazing month of reading some fantastic books for me. I hope you enjoy reading this comment. Have a wonderful day Haley!
That's awesome! My family is going to the Ark in August!
@@haleyannabelle20 I hope you enjoy visiting the Ark Encounter it's such a beautiful museum since I wanted to sit and enjoy the visit. Let me know how you enjoy the Ark Encounter.
I have a really pretty cooy of Silas Marner that someone gave to me. I haven't read yet, but from the brief bit you told about it, it sounds interesting!!
It's not a bad book! I think I read it in like one day... but the ending just makes me mad :P
6:30 Scott Brick is great: so, your mom likes special operations books and mysteries.
he narrates several excellent nonfiction books!
@@AutumnBeck Very true. I am glad we can now search by narrator. His books are often good.
