    Very informative sir,, please do known case note , medications,and symbols...In this video I have a doubt..postoperatively(is this hyphenated or non hyphenated?

    • @NJ_5067
      @NJ_5067  6 місяців тому +2

      "postoperative" typically does not need a hyphen when used as an adjective. However, if it's being used as a compound modifier before a noun (e.g., "postoperative care"), a hyphen is often used for clarity and to avoid ambiguity.
      In case of 'postoperatively', it does not require a hyphen. It's an adverb formed from the adjective "postoperative" and the suffix "-ly." So, it's correct as one word without a hyphen.

    With the complaints of a fever, nausea and back pain.There is article before fever is it correct ?

      That's a good question, you can write the sentence with or without the article 'the'. However, there's a minor difference, which is:
      "Mr. Marin presented with the complaints of fever, nausea, and headache."
      This sentence suggests that Mr. Marin presented with specific complaints among many possible complaints. The use of "the" implies a particular set of complaints that are being referenced.
      "Mr. Martin presented with complaints of fever, nausea, and headache."
      This sentence indicates that Mr. Martin presented with the general symptoms of fever, nausea, and headache without specifying that these are the only complaints or that they are a predetermined set. The absence of "the" makes it more general.
      Both are acceptable depending on the context and the intended emphasis.
      I hope it's clear for you.
