This song hits deep. We all tend to leave ourselves out in the cold or we hide ourselves away from the dangers of the world. We often desire others to choose us for just being ourselves, but we don't even think of ourselves until there's nobody else to choose from, to stand with or stand against. Only when we have nobody and nothing to support do we finally see. It was me since the beginning. I was always there for me, and it wasn't good enough until it was the only thing that could be enough no matter what.

Very powerful song and important topic. Comparing ourselves to others and to ideals actually disassociates ourselves from our bodies and unrealistic expectations. We are all different and beautiful.
