Thx for this beautiful video of this area that is new to me. The quick edit at the beginning and captions encouraged my watching. Going up and down stairs was a bit laborious.
@@archwalks Nah, nothing remarkable in this design here. ONLY if you like living (and working) in boxy buildings on top of each other throughout. The architects and designers of this city must never learn of elegant curves and soft flows in their schools. The whole city is with acute angles, squares, rectangles with the exception of the two old grain silos, and even then... they're covered with sharp angles of rectangular windows! It's modern but too institutionalized, trite, uninteresting, and lacks the warmth of a family and community living space. It can be a good industrial and office space, but definitely not a place to raise a family or have a close-knit community.
Nice flights (and walks) ... I did a flight over Nordhavn too. Didn't think of it as a 5 minute city. just a cool place to swim and train on the rooftop.

Rectangular corners are the best for destroying environments and for people's lives. Curved surfaces, although they can be pleasing to the eye, are very difficult to the layout of apartments or offices. On the contrary, curved surfaces are suitable for the development of sports halls, museums and convention centers, which are not present in this neighborhood . Thanks for the comment
It's not pleasant. It's the Scandinavian and slightly stylish version of Communist Blocks. It's cold and impersonal and this is what is being built in big cities across Europe. With all of the history and a clear indication of what people prefer, this is what they come up with. Boooooooo.
If the communist bloc had ever had the welfare state, the democracy and the architectural quality of the Scandinavian countries, it would never have dissolved!
You're full of shit and probably haven't even been there, I've been there and its so relaxing and welcoming, COMMUNIST BLOCKS IS NOT WHAT I WOULD DESCRIE IT AS! LOL! Get a dictionary pls!

Очень интересно как всегда, спасибо❤
Всегда рады вашим комментариям 🤍🌿
Деревья подрастут, будет вообще хорошо❤
А что вы думаете о Sluishuis в Амстердаме из предыдущих видео?
We dont need trees right next to the harbor ;) You can go to a forrest if you want trees
Nice Drone Footage 👌 we loved Nordhavn, but also other areas of Copenhagen are very nice to discover and offer interesting architecture 👍
Thank you very much. On our channel you will find many other videos related to Copenhagen, Aarhus and other places in Denmark. :)
una città moderna e accogliente, è positivo che non ci siano grattacieli.
Grazie
Exactly., Skyscrapers are trash

Yes, thank you. And what has been built today is only a small part of the complete Nordhavn masterplan.
It's true, everything is 5 mins apart. Its amazing city planning design.
These architects obviously skipped the chapter on "harmony"
Why do you think so?
@@archwalks the different styles of the building don't mix well. There is no common ground for a theme throughout the neighbourhood.
@@nailil5722 Bullshit. it adds diversity, quit lying
100% BS I've been there, I felt the harmony
@@MagnitudePerson Yeah, if you like living in a prison or a futuristic cold and hard city of sharp angles of rectangulars and squares.
