As someone who has been testing out AI music since spring of last year you don't even need to pay for a website to do ai cloning. If you have no coding experience there are people who have made google collabs (online programming software) that has trained models. If you now a bit of programming you can create your own and/or train your own voice model very easily. Since Universal has access to all the songs and stems of these artists I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't have extremely HQ AI models much better than any consumer level ones out there. They can train an AI with the Studio Quality vocal stems from every Drake (or insert artist) song they had ever made. They wouldn't even need to collab with google to get much better results than us average artists/consumers, just pay a freelance programer a couple bucks and the process is entirely automated. The fact that they *may* have a partnership with google is even scarier cause they will have access to all the cutting edge google technology and software regarding AI and AI cloning. It only gets better from here.
I'm glad I saw your video I thought I was tripping the first time I heard it it wasn't even mix good the verses volume was up and down they had two different sound levels then I just heard it again and it sounded clear and fluent
Curtis, it's possible that it was AI, but I think it was just a rough draft for Drake to get his verses down before the final version, and the song being mixed.
I’ve seen multiple run down of writers using an AI preset of artists, for example of DaBaby & SZA, perform the song with their particular cadences and what not, then add the preset and it sounds exactly like the artist their “embodying”. You could be write that it may have been a reference to get his flow and words down pat, but what’s iffy about it is who wrote it? Was it him? Or was it someone else? And was that an AI Drake preset added to the vocals to disguise it as a Drake reference track? If so… then it may confirm he’s the guinea pig for the AI advent in music and masks that he does use “ghostwriters” even when it comes to making this diss song. Ultimately that’s nasty work, and should tilt people’s heads at Drake when it comes down to being one of the best pens, at this moment. It’s also frightening to think of the prospects of how it can be used to manipulate the typical listener and everyday folks as a whole. Just a thought.
I was thinking the first version had a beat easier to rap to and have an established verse for them to produce around, and he went back and rerecorded on the beat they made. But I like to believe this AI theory cuz F Drake lol
@@tellmesomething2412 the ghostwriter or producer used the AI. Make a good idea, or lyrics and than u have a reference that sounds closest to the final product, if Drake agreed to record his real voice, if he likes it. This is a theory off course.
I hate this AI and if I know it’s AI, I’m never supporting it. And I totally agree with you Drake is not even on the level. I don’t know why people lie and call him the goat. The Goat could be someone that uses ghost writers period and that has been proven that Drake does use them. So he’s gonna be anybody’s #1 -10 and the people that say he is y’all are absolutely ludicrous. Because he could never.
I feel like the second one is mixed and mastered and the first one was the recording most likely done in the moment, possibly on tour, a smaller studio set up. A lot of rappers will rap over an instrumental track and once their engineer gets ahold of it they can EQ the track, adjust the pitch and tempo, add reverb and stack the vocals, add ad libs where needed. Sometimes once they hear the verses put on the track they can go back and change different drum sounds etc. To me it sounds like the first one is the original recording, the second one seems like the tempo is sped up a little and his vocals seem to be pitched up slightly and layered to make his voice stronger and have more energy.
Listen there’s a whole job industry that teach students how to manipulate art music and everything else “machine learning” a lot of what you see isn’t real at all. Take my word as a vfx artist there’s some crazy stuff out here. Question everything Research everything and cross reference everything
Coming back to this because after seeing the AI being promoted by Drake it makes sense. If he’s signed to UMG and has big deal with them he can literally cut out all the artists - Even the upcoming artists while also providing music to the masses without real artists behind it… The labels are getting dirty and remember Drake is included because he’s also part of the industry that controls music and entertainment. He playing 48 Laws of Power.
When big corporations stops manipulating the genre that’s when rap hip hop pop music will produce good music. Meanwhile music will always feel comercial
A fan probably made the original song and leaked it. Then Drake likes it and re-records it himself with better equipment and releases it. He does this. Look at his track record 💀
please tell me this isnt gonna be every rap beef now lmao. as soon as the internet catches wind of a beef they're gonna be pumping out a.i. diss tracks like crazy
I get your point but there’s two things about it You said it was a slight shift in pitch between both tracks and that directly stretchs the audio frequencies, then that’s one thing that can mess with the quality and maybe make it sound a bit robotic, the leaker may do this as a strategy to get more people talking about if it’s a real leak or not, probably his own camp did the leak so it’s no stretch either. Plus is very common for rappers to re-do their vocals after the song’s fully put together
This is modern-day warfare. Lil Yachty is making money off the tech game right now. Drakes second diss track consisted of snoop and pac and is believed to be written by Drake. I honestly think that Drake is playing the ai game hard. I am not debating the writing. He is throwing stuff out and owning up to what sticks. Kendrick may be trying to keep it old school and can't keep up with the speed of the new tech. Plus kendrick is known to take his time anyway, and the battle may not be what we want by default.
Kendrick hasn't even taken as much time as Drake did. People need to calm down. Drake took 3 weeks after like that to drop his track and he even said it was already cooking before that. Kdot gets at least 3 weeks from when the track leaked, if not 3 weeks from yesterday (when he made it official) to respond. Drake is playing up to his fans and the short attention span tik-tok kids and it works right now, but things can change quickly
You're so right though, I can't even fault Drake for how he's fighting because it works. I just respect the man less than I did becuaee hes disrespectful of the dead. This is no different than when they reanimated the corpse of Fred Altair to sell vacuum cleaners. Back then that was widely seen as disrespectful but the younger generation doesn't seem to care as much because they didn't respect Pac and Big in the first place. I'm just too damn old for this nonsense
Drake is playing chess with public perception right now. Realistically, Drakes diss has only been out for like 3 days lmaooo THINK ABOUT THAT... only 3 days but yall making it seem like its been a week when Drakes diss officially dropped on April 19th friday.. Also i think Kendricks silence right now can be confused for fear & that may not be the case... the quiet ones are usually the killas... you know what they say about the loudest one in the room right?
After seeing this… what if he loved the AI version so much and the feedback. That he recorded the song and dropped it, while also flagging all the other accounts to take down the other version. That wouldn’t be good in the long run.
So we did this stream last night and I shared a clip from it that has over 2 million views on Twitter/X. Next morning the song finally drops on DSPS and he claims it. You think we....NAW....right? RIGHT? I'm trippin 🤣 #PeerPressureWorks

Bro!🤦🏽♂️ It's so easy to differentiate
This just sounds like a demo and then a real recording
You’re doing great work, Curtiss King!🎉
I hate this AI and if I know it’s AI, I’m never supporting it.
And I totally agree with you Drake is not even on the level. I don’t know why people lie and call him the goat. The Goat could be someone that uses ghost writers period and that has been proven that Drake does use them. So he’s gonna be anybody’s #1 -10 and the people that say he is y’all are absolutely ludicrous. Because he could never.
True but Drake makes it hype to those that could care less, and it still sounds good regardless on what side you're on.
Im a OG Drake hater, but this diss track of him was fire! Respect him a bit more now lol
Lupe knows about Ai too don’t sleep 😂
Did they make you take this down cuz I know it was up yesterday
If he would do ghost writers why wouldn’t he use AI
It’s interesting that we are asking these questions. If this is already happening in music, pretty soon it will become normal in everyday life.
Tbh dudes was singin on hooks way before drake thought about it but he definitely brought it back
What about Phonte Coleman?
I don't think it became really mainstream until after Andre 3000's The Love Below.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony
And this is partly why I'm not into this "beef".
I knew it was ai when I first heard it
Holy shit bro u kinda blew mind that shit makes Hella sense cuzz
That Dababy track is crazy
Dababy Better start using AI
His career over the last 10+yrs has been all AI. Iykyk
Imagine
This why I’m a subscriber, my guy on it👏👏👏👏
Listen there’s a whole job industry that teach students how to manipulate art music and everything else “machine learning” a lot of what you see isn’t real at all. Take my word as a vfx artist there’s some crazy stuff out here. Question everything Research everything and cross reference everything
And then last night he drops ai 2pac and snoop on ig. They really trynna normalize ai music now
Coming back to this because after seeing the AI being promoted by Drake it makes sense. If he’s signed to UMG and has big deal with them he can literally cut out all the artists - Even the upcoming artists while also providing music to the masses without real artists behind it…
The labels are getting dirty and remember Drake is included because he’s also part of the industry that controls music and entertainment. He playing 48 Laws of Power.
Whew lawd! Curtis STAY with that shovel baybeee 😂😂😂 HE IS DIGGINGGGGG DOWNNNN!!!! 😭😭😂😂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
When big corporations stops manipulating the genre that’s when rap hip hop pop music will produce good music. Meanwhile music will always feel comercial
This beef is evolving by the minute
Drake been listening to people. Lotta folks said he wouldn’t drop it because it wasn’t real. Lol. Now he’s like here you go. Lol
AI is drakes new ghostwriter
I knew something was suspect about this. Drake is a signed artist under contract and not allowed to just release random stuff.
Drake is al and Kendrick is for the ppl
I love how well my comment gone age watch lol
7:14 no. There’s a new version of Ai. Add breaths, change energy, all that. They may BOTH be AI.
Brilliant breakdown CurtisKing
I can hear him breathing inside the second one.
this aged well part 2 has confirmed it
Derek King been KILLING them joints for a minute now 🔥🔥🔥
Looks like we gon need video receipts for song recordings now lol
I was waiting for "no relation" after you said Derek King. 🤣🤣
I get your point but there’s two things about it
You said it was a slight shift in pitch between both tracks and that directly stretchs the audio frequencies, then that’s one thing that can mess with the quality and maybe make it sound a bit robotic, the leaker may do this as a strategy to get more people talking about if it’s a real leak or not, probably his own camp did the leak so it’s no stretch either.
Plus is very common for rappers to re-do their vocals after the song’s fully put together
I think you right on the money king
This is crazy😂… those references just changed my perspective lol
AI is gonna make people seem more impressive then they are
This is modern-day warfare.
AI is trash when it comes to music.
Drake is playing chess with public perception right now. Realistically, Drakes diss has only been out for like 3 days lmaooo
THINK ABOUT THAT... only 3 days
but yall making it seem like its been a week when Drakes diss officially dropped on April 19th friday..
Also i think Kendricks silence right now can be confused for fear & that may not be the case... the quiet ones are usually the killas... you know what they say about the loudest one in the room right?
The
eleven labs ai voice overs has breaths in it
Hey, what audio separation tool do you use?
After seeing this… what if he loved the AI version so much and the feedback. That he recorded the song and dropped it, while also flagging all the other accounts to take down the other version.
That wouldn’t be good in the long run.
They gave different versions to multiple people to find the leak in their camp… then released the main version after catching the leaker.
