Because their seniors have been setting the standards up too high. It might be pleasing to us listeners. But imagine their struggle... I hope they have enough rest. The 4th gen groups kind of overworked. Not gonna say that with En-, because I trust HYBE. But the other groups, they seem so tired.

The fact that their concept is fun and reckless but also very mysterious, dark and creepy is freaking me out. I guess they’re not afraid of judgments either scared of criticism, or trying new things; and seeing them expressing this “tough” staff such as pain, blood, scars ecc sooo explicitly (like Sunghoon dancing in a bloody rain c’mon SO E L E G A N T ) is amazing, i haven’t seen someone doing it in a WHILE and I love it. I’m not an expert about this but I think this stuff is kinda tabù especially in their country and knowing that they’re facing it makes them even more special.

I’m commenting on this 2 years after your reaction and I can tell you, it’s 2022 and I was there on their first day of their manifesto tour and I can’t tell you how much I screamed and my eardrums exploded.
