  • Today's daily rehab drills down the SLRDL to help you get this one right. I love this exercise as it really helps with knee control and posterior chain strength on one leg - which is great for knee rehab and hamstring injury recovery especially if you are human and walk on one leg then the other 🏃‍♂️ (and not hop everywhere like a kangaroo) 👀
    Use a mirror for technique control and listen for my cues! Also have a play with the band's vs weights vs BOSU to challenge you once you have the exercise sorted.

    Why side of back am I working when I lift the leg is it the same side or opposite?

      You work both sides and depends what muscles in your back you mean!

    Hey can I do soft hip too? I stumbled on while doing this and I felt a lot of burn on my glute mid.
