a weekend at Lakeside in Marblehead, OH

We stayed at East Harbor State Park's campground. It's a short bike ride to the beach.
We went into Lakeside for a day, which is a small community. You can get a 2 hour pass to walk around for free, as long as you purchase something from a store/restaurant.

Went there in the 70's with my family. It is very peaceful & beautiful. We rented a house and had a great time. There is Hoover auditorium where many activities take place. It seems to be very family friendly and a healthy environment for children. One thing to remember is weather in this area can be dicey because of Lake Erie, you can't always say what will happen.☺🤔

We were there summer of 2022, so a while ago. Employees were wearing masks at the time, but I’m not sure if they have lifted those mandates now!
