H.w(ans) -- Gomastha was the person appointed by Britishers to supervise weaver , collect supplies and examine quality of cloth....
Mam you teaching is superb 😄 and i really like your videos 😜 your videos help me a lot in scoring good marks in my sst examination.🙏
Yess
Hey ma'am !
Just watched your first lecture and found it amazing...
History is very difficult subject for me but your lecture made it easy.
Gonna watch the lectures of remaining chapters also.
Gomasthas were a type of supervisors appointed by the British to monitor the weavers and they used to move around with sepoys which were seen as a dominating figure throughout. The previous traders used to have a close relationship with the weavers and helped them during the time of crisis or problems but the Gomasthas were strangers to them and only appeared
Gomasthas were the people appointment by British Traders to supervise weavers, check the quality of clothes and ensure the work of the Indian Weavers
They used to dominantly move around with sepoys and peons and this shows how much powerful status they had.
The close bond with previous tradersy
And getting help by them in any sort of crisis or problem was just opposite how the gomasthas treated them . They only appeared to get the clothes and go.
Gomasthas were paid workers they established bond between weavers and industrialists
Gomasthas were the people who were appointed by the britishers for supervising the indian weavers family and all the people who were working for bristishers in the colonial period.
Mam the session was awesome
Absolutely right 👍

The session was really amazing
Thank you so much mam for wonderful explanation❤️
Nice copy paste
IDK why students are watching 5-6 hours long long videos of chapters whereas Shubham ma'am teaches the same chapter in less time as compared to them and without even taking breaks she teaches continuously in the LIVE and the other students think that there teachers are making 6 hours long videos without taking breaks whereas each topic is recorded and uploaded and on the other hand Shubham ma'am teaches LIVE and also takes doubts of students. She even provides free PDF of her sessions. She has more potential than other teachers. She deserves more. We love you ma'am and we are always there to support you. #shubhampathak #thebestsstteacher

Gomasthas are the people who are appointed by britisher's to monitor the weavers and take the clothes made by them and give it to the britisher's although gomasthas are arrogant too. They used to roam around the village with sepoys and peons.
Thank you mam for explaining the whole chapter in just one session 💕
Sepoys are Indian soldiers
But only Gomasthas not belonging to the same village werr rude and arrogant
Gomasthas were people appointed by Britishers to keep an eye on weavers. They supervise cloths quality and whether weavers are working or not and whether they are selling there cloth to others etc. Gomasthas were the middle men between Britishers and weavers.

Hello ma’am! You are simply amazing!! Not just sst, but your bio, Chem and now physics lectures are op too. Thank you so much ma’am for your time and effort :)))
greetings mam! I'm currently in class 10 and have been following your channel since last year.. I've always loved your content and way of teaching, but wanted to convey a small feedback if you'd like! Unlike your old videos, which specifically presented different topics and their respective points very clearly, recently in your new videos many points on the same slide are irrelevant. We were able to make out different incidents and topics in a chapter and thus divide the chapter in 13 to 14 parts and could study them efficiently.. please try to look into this. But, nonetheless, your explanation is still as crystal clear as it used to be and you're still an amazing teacher..
Hello.. Don't miss out the important words like Bourgeoisie. Many sentences have also been skipped out. We can google it. But it will be better if it is related to chapter. Otherwise everything is perfect 😉🙂
Hi mam, lemme just tell u that ur vids r fabbbbb.....i am studying social from u since 2 years...i love ur teaching methods...u r just fab....now tareef apart i wanted a favor from u which is that the way u made nationalism ka 16 mins vid vese hee make one of all history ch. Gomasthas are the person who observes the people involve in trade like supply merchants , weavers , etc . Gomasthas work under British government in colonized India . Sometimes , there behaviour against weavers is very aggregant , weavers are beaten and ill treated by gomasthas if there was a delay in the supply of cloth . British government gave them money and they gave that money to the weavers in advances which results in lose of bargaining right of the weavers .
