Here I show what the results are of cutting a full roll of window tint using a miter saw. The blade is a Diablo 60 tooth.
I’ve never done this before this video. I was happy with the results.

Nice. Yeah. It worked really well but the edge did bond together a tiny bit. Super usable. I'd go super super slow when cutting it. Good luck!

Love the video. Would an 80 tooth blade work even better? I’m cutting a roll down from 60” to 48”.

I believe I used a 60 tooth blade. My mind says more teeth would be better. The biggest issue is the heat generated on the cut edge that can sort of melt the edge together a little. It was still a decent edge. And I only need to rely on one factory edge for most of my work. If you try it, I’d love to hear how it works out. Another commenter said 80 tooth and a little faster to keep it from heating up too fast.

Found that more teeth and not to slow because of heat. I use 80 teeth blade.

So 80 tooth blade and a little faster was better? Noted. I’ll try that next time. Thanks!

@@onpointprostyles yeah seen it on FB and ask the guy he said the more teeth the better. And try not to go to slow. Slower causes more heat. So I tried 80 tooth blade but I'm pretty sure they make more..

I would have thought faster was better. Slower causes more heat no?

That’s what I would think too just not to fast because it would catch
