Good move. Bought a precon condo in Vaughan in 2016 taught the price was so high then sold 2021 💰 🤑 💸. Bought a townhouse in Vaughan again and bought condo in Calgary too. I love this new content.

We were the only black people who owned a home on the street where we lived and the looks we got from white people on a daily basis was sickening. People couldn’t believe we owned the house, they thought we were renting. One thing I know for sure, what’s for you will never be for anyone else.
And yes y’all right living in a house is not an asset it’s a liability when u buy it and rent it out and your tenants paying your mortgage and still putting a few hundreds in your pocket then that will make it an asset
