Just turned 49, Alux has been motivation for me. I have made bad decisions, had failures, and learned. I've made good decisions, had successes and learned. But motivation and passion are key to each and the outcome.
@@guswillgetpaid7 definitely, being in your 40s means that you have a lot more experience comparing to the young folks. Plus you'll be able to make better rational decisions than younger folks, which significantly lowers your chance of failure. It's never too late!!

Hey, I'm 40 years old with 8 children! I started my 1st business at 10 years old and have had 9 business since then. I have been trying to teach my children the importance of hard work and finding what you enjoy doing. Now, some of my businesses I started had an end date, some I sold after I had successfully built but no longer found joy in them, so I sold! I am trying to help my kids start their own businesses/goals at a young age as hard work does definitely help achieve goals. Introvert do the best you can in school. Learn a skill you are interested in. Learn to sell. Learn to manage your money and grow your money. Learn the power of your subconscious mind and set goals that you feel you can't achieve and go ahead and achieve them
The most important thing to do when you're young is to invest in learning new skills. And by this I don't just mean absorbing information, but also, applying it consistently to achieve results. 👍
Learn USEFUL stuff. School will never teach you USEFUL stuff until college where student loans will kill. My older sis had scholarship so she lucky but I'm not going to college.

I’m 23 years old, about to graduate as a pharmacist in May. It’s been super hard but I’m proud of what I’ve achieved so far but no where near done yet with my goals.
I started my journey 5 years ago when I was 22. I thought i had my whole life planned out and things seemed so easy. unfortunately I faced some serious setbacks when I was arrested and charged by the police. At that time I realized I had a fork in the road which was to continue down a negative path or rebuild so I could bring more positivity in this world that desperately needs its. I chose to rebuild and its been a very hard journey which encompassed everything you mentioned in this video but it was certainly worth it. I just want to share my brief story for all those unsure of their future that it is truth and you should always keep fighting to be better the world needs more people like the aluxers

I’m older in my 60s and have had a successful career. This video is great advice and I am passing on to young business people who come to me for mentoring.
I’ve been looking for a mentor, not sure what you offer but would love to learn from you, been recovering from being bedridden after I graduated high school, tried making businesses but had family literally destroy everything I tried to start and made money from. Would be extremely soul crushing cause I’m 25 now and I truly want to keep trying but in need of a mentor. I plan on using my wealth to help others, just need that guidance for me to successfully do so.

You may not want my spill but I assume you'll want some ¢2 from ppl. Make sure they are like minded, enable you, (speak your craziest ideas to them to know if they are with you) and content with the risks you'll take to get what you want. I am 32 years old. I have no skills and am not disciplined or emotionally intelligent. I have been seeing a therapist for the last year My therapist advised me to keep track of my emotions everyday in a journal. An emotions journal is meant to help improve my emotional intelligence. Reading is another good habit I just picked up. Currently reading My Journey by Donna Karan the founder of DKNY. Although I can't be considered as being close to my finish line of success, I'm taking small steps to gain knowledge of myself and the world. If you can relate to my journey please like my comment.
Dear Alux Lady : I am 20 & I know I've to start today to win big!! Steve said "Everything that you are seeing around yourself that you call life is made up by people no smarter than you"
1.Find companies that do what you want to do 2. Find who the CEO is or a high-ranking executive 3. Find them on LinkedIn or other means 4. Ask them to become a mentee 5. Repeat as many times as possible and needed (contact 2-3 people a day)
ALUX recommended the book titled "Never eat alone", I also have read it, it a great book to assist with networking and also does play a role in finding a mentor
Dear Alux Continuing on point 5, I suggest that you read a book yourself, Why we Sleep by Matthew Walker, a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Perhaps once you have read that you'll stop suggesting that people sleep less, I agree with everything you guys put out, but suggesting that people sleep less than 6h sleep ... or for that matter suggest people should sleep for only 6 hours is dangerous and false, while the common belief is you only need 6h of sleep this was based on suggestible anecdotal evidence from one source, in scientific studies it has been shown time and time again to be more. Please become knowledgeable on this subject and the detrimental effects that a lack of sleeping has the body and brain Otherwise loved the video!

Hi Marilyn..
Hello Marilyn
can you be my mentor Marilyn
I’ve been looking for a mentor, not sure what you offer but would love to learn from you, been recovering from being bedridden after I graduated high school, tried making businesses but had family literally destroy everything I tried to start and made money from. Would be extremely soul crushing cause I’m 25 now and I truly want to keep trying but in need of a mentor. I plan on using my wealth to help others, just need that guidance for me to successfully do so.
I am 26 years old been doing online business for a year now, been rough, was neglected by parents who needed me to apply for a job since I have a degree but I decided to use my knowledge to start an enterprise, I have done Bsc agricultural economics
Was employed at various places such as a bank, a university research farm, and finally at an agrovet where I saw a business gap in online business I decided to open a shop and my parents gave up on me especially my dad but when I found A-lux have been of great help and as an online mentor also had other mentors with similar business from whom I sometimes buy products from and do delivery to clients they have been of great help.
Have risked a lot, sacrificed a lot , lived like a poor person but now I can say I am free and have never been this free am yet to reach where I want to be but I won't stop at anything
Thank you A-lux

I am 32 years old. I have no skills and am not disciplined or emotionally intelligent. Although I can't be considered as being close to my finish line of success, I'm taking small steps to gain knowledge of myself and the world. If you can relate to my journey please like my comment.

I’m 26 years old.
And I need help to find a right mentor.
Connect/network with successful people
1.Find companies that do what you want to do 2.

Guys find a field you all want to excel in first and then come back
36 years old and in a few days getting my first millions. And I can say that every word in this video is truth.
Dear Alux
Continuing on point 5, I suggest that you read a book yourself, Why we Sleep by Matthew Walker, a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.
Please become knowledgeable on this subject and the detrimental effects that a lack of sleeping has the body and brain
Otherwise loved the video!
