Mostly he was referring to practice, but yeah the gsme usually isn't a big deal. Practice is key, but evaluations always rely heavily on tape. Don't let what someone does at the Senior Bowl OVERRIDE what he did on film.

Swifty do you stay and draft the blue chip or trade back to get multiple linemen in 2nd 3rd and 4th rounds? I go back and forth on the merits.
I honestly prefer trading back and taking multiple chances unless it's a "Can't miss guy". I don't know if I see a "Can't miss offensive lineman" this year. So right now I'd prefer trading back but another team also has to want to move up. It takes 2 to tango
@SwiftSportsNetwork I think he does. You just need another guy who can get semi consistent pressure. I'd sign him and go after a guy in next year draft. Fix 4/5 of your o line and get a burner in the slot to help rome and dj and a running back to compliment swift. I'm. Content with having a top 5 offense and a 10-15 total defense next year.
Swifty, my thoughts are 10 will either be a D lineman, Jeanty or a trade down, depending on what happens in FA. Bears won't be getting Joe Alt level O talent in this draft.
Yeah... Nobody wanna see a center getting blown up.. Bears fans have PTSD seeing that stuff again. Hard pass on USC early on.. The strength different between the IDL at the Bowl and the ones in the NFL is large. pass until round 4/5/6
He definitely got overpowered a few times, idk about "Played lost" though. He opened multiple big running lanes and held his own in pass protection on 90% of the reps.
Swift…go back and watch Caleb’s game vs ND ‘23, what was called a steamroll by the Irish Monheim played LT two seasons ago, and didn’t lose a single rep all game…set a complete wall. I just don’t think OC is his best spot.

i love Chase Youngs college tape. That beind said i don't think he makes a big enough difference to do that.

And with 30 1/2" arms. There's definitely better options...many.
Center is probably the only spot he can play in the NFL with 30 inch arm length.
