That's unfortunate that your wife doesn't support your hobby. She doesn't have to understand it, but she should still accept it as something that brings you joy. To actually hate it to the point where you have to conceal it in order to avoid fights...? That's terrible. You shouldn't have to hide parts of yourself. No matter what it may be.
