Its the Voidgrubs Clear, so you clear perfectly when Voidgrubs spawn and you are near them.... I think

The idea is that you clear so efficiently, that you can contest Voidgrubs and dragon in first rotation, can force a fight and are most likely to win it.
So you can snowball extremely fast. Faster than before
