Yes you have to use the character that's an expert with the weapon, so you have to use Zhen Ji to unlock the flute. This goes with other 5th weapons as well.

+GamingWith CutiePieBertrand Hold down either left or right trigger + B, sorry I don't remember which trigger. Every character have 3 Musou and you unlock them by leveling up the character. The first one is just the B button, the second you'll need to hold down one of the triggers + B and the last is usually hitting the B button while airborne. If you press the start button and select moves it will tell you in detail how to do it. Hope that helps.
I found out.Just playthrough Ambition Mode and level up the weapons dealer.Once he hits level 50 he starts selling 3rd and 4th star weapons that you can upgrade

It's been awhile since I played this game but if I remember correctly, from the Main Menu select Gallery and from there you should be able to select your loading screen wallpaper.
You need to do the objectives for the "What If" routes up to Chibi, then talk to Guo Jia for the "What If" version of Chibi. Completing it leads you to the "What If" path (Down path) and continue that path from their to unlock her as a playable character.

This weapon is absolutely ridiculously hard because of all the people you have to fight. Unless you have two awesomely overpowered halberds and Lu Bu's halberd skill attached with 20 level skills. Hey if the game is cheap then I'm gonna out cheap it.

Yes but have to have 2 controllers in one pick zhenji and in the other a strong one
Hold down the switch weapon button when using the Flute to charge it.
I think that's either when I picked up the axe (double damage) or when I'm charging the switch attack.

How did you get wu force in there? Some how I can't get the weapon for zhen ji because wu doesn't show up
Don't persuade the 5 Wu officers in the previous stage to defect. Basically fail the star requirement.

I really dislike the modern Zhen Ji. I prefer her character from the DW4 days when Cao Pi was a generic.
