Bipolar Junction Transistor BJT NPN 2N3904 and PNP 2N3906 in push pull configuration with diagram

  • I use 2 BJTs, the NPN 2N3904 and the PNP 2N3906 wired in a push pull configuration to demonstrate AC through a modified polarity indicator circuit. I am using a DC power source, but this circuit works, with some modifications, on low voltage AC, or split power supply as well. I designed this circuit to help people who are wondering how the BJT push pull configuration.

    @ 6:13 "So I'm using 220 Volts" ---> you meant Ohms right? lol adding an on-screen markup can help avoid confusion for people new to these

    If both transistors are "off", the circuit has 4 LED's connected in series, 5 volts on one end, ground on the other. The LEDs will light up.

      Takes more than 5V for 4 LEDs to light up. That's why I used 4 instead of 2 :)
