If you have access to a chiropractor, I got adjusted once or twice a week until Mia was born. Her birth was so easy. Oh and look up counter pressure that Philip can be doing to help during labor. And if you squeeze a hair comb in your hand during contractions, it will move the pain from your whole body to just the palm of your hand. My palms were bleeding with Mia but it worked 😂🤣 You can do it! You're going to be great!! Oh and to bring labor, you can Google curb walking and try that too! I think it helped my water break last time. 🎉 Can't wait to see him!!

I did a lot o but they didn’t work for me. I ended up with an emergency cs. Second was elective. But I read alot about labor and delivery and a few informations I read did help when I was asked about getting an emergency cs.
Awwwn one could literally do everything and it could still go the way you didn’t plan but at least you prepared and you have the knowledge about it now too. Well done mama!

Oh and eat lots of fruit to keep your blood pressure down. Limit your salt and Maggi too.
