I'm looking forward to finding out who the VA's are! And, I had the same thought about the crowdstrike debacle ... really hoping it doesn't screw up SDCC for people.
I have the same reaction with Game Informer's articles to a point it feels like torture. I gonna ignore and hopefully, the release date of the game is suddenly going to drop out of nowhere. I am also amused that Bioware is going to do VA panel without telling us who are exactly going to appear. Stop teasing us. :(
Would you ever consider doing a “the story so far” lore catch up before veilguard? Like including the canon stuff not in the games?
Second this, I would LOVE that and have a feeling many fans, old and new, would appreciate it too. Especially since many haven't read the books even if they're a fan of the games 🙏🏻
As long as Solas has the same actor I’m happy. In fact original actors for all returning characters.

I have not heard a replaced actor in any of the returning characters that I know! BW is pretty good with that!
I’m fairly certain they’re all the same. Although if Cullen for some reason returns, since there was drama with his VA, he’ll probably get replaced.
Next big gaming event would be Gamescon 2024 in late August. Probably the best chance for a release date announcement if they want to do it at a public event.
It's also possible that Bioware is waiting to go gold first before giving a release date
I KNEW they spelt Corinne's name wrong in the video! Oddly enough though the description of the video got it right. 😅
I'm probably going to rewatch that 30 minute video A LOT before DATV is released. Seeing how excited the 3 of them are talking about the game warms my heart so much and the info they revealed to us is great to hear. I can't wait to see what SDCC 2024 gives us.👀
Oh and that terrible AI image someone shared last year, that HAS to be the guy that is referenced, so I think we think the same thinks on that one.
Im getting my ps5 fixed on tuesday (broken hdmi fell from my stoopidity) and i got the money for the game saved up too im excited 😫
I hope at the panel they also just say who the other voice actors are, even if they don’t show up. Also for our Rooks voices.
That’s exactly what I said on the ig page, no hate I’m sure the characters may still find love among the fans but as it stands why would we want to meet actors whose work we have yet to see? (No offense to the voice actors I’m sure they did great-but this seems like celebrating a victory before crossing the finish line).
ik this is an unsavory comparison, but it feels like we just got out of the lovebombing stage in a toxic relationship and now we’re pining for any sort of attention or acknowledgement again 💀

I wonder who will be voicing Emmerich and his skeleton companion, Taash, Lucanis and maybe the Evanuris. We all know who will be voicing Neve, Darvin, Bellara and Harding. I just want to know the rest such as the soundtrack, bosses, dungeons, cities, quests, collectibles and some other content that will make Veilguard a fun experience.
Wasn't the previous art director Matthew Goldman? (Was promoted to creative director before leaving)
It is very disappointing we can't play as the Inquisitor.
For the VA’s didn’t they announce two of them years ago? (Not including Harding)
I vaguely recall that Davrin had a voice actor, along with a character I can’t recall.

Yes, Darvin's VA is Ike Amadi, who voiced ME3's Javik. "For the Warden!" Yay, I feel like I gonna like Darvin a lot.

Then next week, we finally will know who voice Neve, Lucanis and Emmrich. I hope the event will also tell us who voice Taash and Rook.

Bioware canon has always used HF rogue for the Inquisitor
At this time no- HF was the keep canon, but with them departing from the Keep, I dont know what the default option would be.

I just want to know who Neve is so I can stop fooling myself into thinking Indira Varma as the Moshae.
I wouldn't think she would voice act again in DATV since she did Vivienne in DAI. Trust me.... I didn't recognize the voice 😭 and I love Elleria Sand
@@Just-A-Gamer1524 she’s done three other roles since doing Vivienne: Moshae Sjefa, Sloane Kelly, and Katherine Proudmoore in World of Warcraft. Vivienne was not her last voice over role, and it was her role as Sjefa that made my ears perk up during the gameplay reveal.

Yeah, I wonder if the devs really saw that some fans guessed right on the direction of the story... OR if the devs had no idea where to take the story next and simply decided based on the fan theories they saw online. Nintendo did the same thing with Zelda and the whole franchise suffered for it.
It's clear they had a very specific idea from Trespasser. I don't think it's helpful to make these kinds of assumptions.
