Can I ask about lessons?
@@emzzzz905 yes you can
I think your beef dishes plating style is becoming repetitive after watching a few of your videos on dry aged steak and NY strip loin 😊
@@laupeter4594 Yeah I mean there are not too many ways how to plate a steak. But if you have any ideas feel free to share with me some of your stuff and I would be happy to try it.
Your artistry in plating design is so amazing. Thank you, chef.

you r great Person
Please chef nex time lamb rump fine dining plats
Is it possible to make the pumpkin rolls without the vacuum bags? Like... just cooking them in water or putting them in the oven? It probably takes away a little bit of the taste, but I don't have a sous vide option.
Yes you can just cook it in the pot with a liquid
😋🙌👏 Bravo)))
Sosun tarifini alabilir miyim ?
Good morning, you are a wonderful person. In the way of presentation, I have an important question. When salt is added to the meat before cooking, it loses a lot of water, and it becomes dry, right?😊
No it doesn't. Did you ever cook meat with salt and it becomes dry? Me no
chef i would to see the recipe for the souce
Yes is on my patron page
Please show me how plate cheese enchiladas beef fajitas bean and Mexican rice .
Not everything you can plate nicely. That is what people don't understand...make a dish that has the potential to be nice and then plate it. Ground beef and rice are not a thing
@@ChefMajk I agreed. But I have to do tapas style on those items. Just consulted you for new techniques.
6:07 pork tenderloin??! :) looks amazing!
Yes, my mistake. Beef :)
At wich temperature do i need to set the oven for the meat?
150-200 C probably
@@ChefMajkthanks! ❤
Good Steak or GF. Hard choise.
Cheff what is the name of that leaf that you use for plating
Nasturtium leave

Could I make puree in a big batch and how to save it?
Freeze in air tight containers.
@@chrisgarcia2296how long it will stay good?
@@wahyuferiyansyah7290 2-4 days in the fridge for sure. In the freezer even 6 months+
@@ChefMajk thanks chef, I learned many things from your channels
That's help me a lot because I'm cook helper right now, fresh graduated and still new in professional kitchen
Thanks
We can call the inspector as 5star michelin dog 😊😅
Amazing, except for the seeds. Not a fan of their tough exteriors, id probably use pine nuts or something, I like how you used the berry liquid as the sauce. Look forward to more great videos!
Thanks, but the sauce is not from berry liquid. That was just for poaching
How to make blueberry sauce
I am not clear how to make the punkin roll, can you please show me the proof
I am not clear how to make the punkin roll, can you please show me the proof chef
Proof of what?
5 mins in oven for how many degrees?
Don't think that way...cook it until the meat is cooked...not for 5 minutes.
At one point in the video you said Porc tenderloin?! Minute 6.08...
Yes my mistake then
Blueberry sauce Chef !
"My girlfriend doesn't like bloody meat" - i like it , in UK it would sound & mean like: the meat is perfect, but not the girlfriend :D
6:10 pork tenderloin ?
Yes beef, my misstake
M alws follow your recipes

Hi as much I know repetition of element is not recommended in fine dinning.
That is not the truth, who told you this nonsense?
yikes
Wow very nice now Chef you please shouldn't b you sharing fast food recipes and presentation 🙏❤️
Needs potato tbh
Why?
I enjoy your recipes and your work very much but am disappointed to see latter integral parts of the recipe to be behind a paywall. You should make the parts of the recipe that are not freely accessible be completely optional. Like most people I am not paying you monthly on patreon and am not going to watch your incomplete UA-cam recipes anymore because why would I.. seems like a cheap tactic to get Money from you viewers too.. disappointed.
Ok I see your point. Just don't watch it if you think there is not enough value for you for free, fair enough for me ;)
I don't think so. Majk gives us all ingredients, times and temperatures (almost😜). If I am not sure about something, I ask and if it could even sounds strange, he answers me!
Couple things... your music is way too fucking loud and distracting...also it's pretty important to make sure your audience still understands you're making beef and not pork at the plating segment.
Kinda lazy editing honestly. 😊
Thanks for the feedback. The best for you would be probably to find a better channel that fits your standards. Good luck
@Chef Majk or take the criticism of your channel and tailor it to suit more viewers. Seems awfully arrogant to think it's fine the way it is when I know I'm not the first to criticize the sound levels of the background noise.
Fucking up beef and pork in an edit though... kind of a bad take.
You may think your channel will excel on cooking alone but when you misrepresent the very thing you're cooking between beef and pork you seem like a lazy amateur.
Cheers tho for managing to look like a fucking arrogant twat to a viewer.
I'd rather not ever look at your channel again because you think you're above criticism
Too much butter
Haha butter is never enought
Don't eat out very often, do you?
Wtf. Pumpkin seeds not shelled?
