how 2 set password
Hi Nagendra, Initially the password and user ID will be given on the box. Here are some instructions on how to change the password. Open the Jio's Web Admin page 192.168.225.1
1. Now login with the credentials, Type 'administrator' for both username and password in the popup window and select Login. You might be prompted to change the default administrator password. You can do this by clicking on OK. Or click the Settings available just below the Jio logo at the top.
2.And Click on WiFi from the left hand panel. You can delete the existing SSID and enter your own username instead.
3.Also Find the Security Key from the list and delete the existing one and enter your Wi-Fi password. Click on Apply and select OK to confirm changes. And your jiofi resets automatically and you will disconnected. After few minutes, you have to connect to the jiofi with the new user ID and password.

I have recently purchased Jio router device 4G and 1.5 GB data per day use. But issue that 1.5gb consume with in one hours during browsing even I have completed in Jio customer care doesn't help us they have suggested to check your phone/desktop/ Laptop. Jio doesn't provide real data monitoring over Jio App and individual device uses that is big issue exactly. Now the question is possible to real time data use of individual device? Jio router doesn't provide number of connected devices . Is it possible to monitor all about devices each and every information?

Hi,You can not connect to the Jio router through USB cable. But instead you can connect your PC to Jio routers by using WiFi adapters goo.gl/YYzJ1w which is just Rs 290/-As of now Jiofi 3 and 2 render almost equal performance.

Hi, There is no difference in the specifications of Jiofi 3 and Jiofi 2. In fact the design is made much more pleasing and comfortable.

it runs continuously 4 - 5 hours on battery mode. It doesn't work without the battery even though you use the power adapter.

No You Can't Use Any SIM Card.
Only Jio SIM is Allowed. But if you need to access other SIM Cards. You need to unlock your JioFi Device with the help of 3rd party technician.

Hi, How can we compare the router with the sim?, router is one device sending input signals to other device. And the Jio sim speed will be same when used in a router and phone. The entire Jio signal depends on the network of the sim in that particular place you are situated.
Hey buddy calm down. 'hosted by' in speedtest app is not the network connection in your device, it is the server hosted by a service provider where your device will download files from in order to test the download speed.
