      He does in deed and very charming. However, he is now "defending the law" against the probable misconduct of the very clients he represented all his life. That is a huge conflict of interests.

    Isn't that a major problem when only private equity has access to companies at their early to mid stages of growth? The HNWI get access to multi-baggers early on, while the retail investors end up with the crumbs that fall off the table only at the later stages.

    So he was supposed to sell any securities he personally owned prior to working at the SEC but he did not. That would be unethical and possibly illegal.
