@@AlliannaFitnessnot sure where you live and what you have access to, but I’m applying to a hiring company that connect people with disability to businesses (mental health issues are included!). They are great, and find out what adjustments you need and let the business know before the interview etc. maybe have a look if there’s anything like that in your area!
@@AlliannaFitness I live in Australia, and they have a Stepping Into program that finds you internships, and it’s run through the Australian Network on Disability!

I hope in the future programs will be more accessible.. maybe you can talk to your doctor,, I have friends who have severe mental illness and have basically gotten notes from doctors that classify it as a disability but once again it’s completely different depending on where you live. My situation is slightly different from others. I attended a job interview through an agency 6 months back. As far as I think, I have done all the interviews very good. There were 3 rounds technical, presentation and behavioural. I was not accepted. The agent called me and told so. After 6 months, few weeks back I applied this time for a senior role in the same company (reputed MNC) this time directly through their website. I was shortlisted and invited for the interview on coming Monday. I will be interviewed by the same manager again. I am preparing by following your tips, can you please guide me how to be successful this time. Role: Senior Software Engineer in Test.

This was an interview for a new position within the company I currently work for. This worked for a 6 figure job position. Just FYI, I didn’t apply everything in this video, but I applied few of the steps. Especially the weakness points.!

Hi Richard, is it a bad idea to read off a script, for example, just memorising/reading off the SEAT answer for how to introduce yourself? Or should I not worry about reading off a script?
Do be yourself and honest, just take inspiration and learn how you can best portray your skills from these answers :) I also do not recommend reading your answers off a script during your interview :)

Tell how it affects you, for example "How this affects me is because of my high standards of work, I sometimes hold on to projects to long"... then tell how you are addressing this issue. " However I am aware that this is a weakness of mines, I am addressing it by ____________...." Good luck

That '95% of candidates do little or no research' has got to be for those that fail the interview right? I can't imagine this applies for the average interviewee?
I know you said 10 minutes before but isn’t 30 minutes better? Many say getting there around that time makes you look dedicated and prepared, let me know if im wrong
I recently had a job interview. Where my interviewee said he loved every answer I responded to his question. Told the uniform would be presented to me and I can start working the next week, just to send me a text message saying “unfortunately we are not hiring at the time and we wish you the best of luck.” 😢😂

My situation is slightly different from others.
I attended a job interview through an agency 6 months back. As far as I think, I have done all the interviews very good. There were 3 rounds
technical, presentation and behavioural. I was
not accepted. The agent called me and told so.
After 6 months, few weeks back I applied this time for a senior role in the same company (reputed MNC) this time directly through their
website. I was shortlisted and invited for the interview on coming Monday. I will be interviewed
by the same manager again.
I am preparing by following your tips, can you please guide me how to be successful this time.
Role: Senior Software Engineer in Test.

Hi @caeervidz. I had my interview yesterday and got offered a position today! This video gave me lots of ideas and it helped me.
This was an interview for a new position within the company I currently work for.
This worked for a 6 figure job position.
Just FYI, I didn’t apply everything in this video, but I applied few of the steps. Especially the weakness points.!

Hi Richard, is it a bad idea to read off a script, for example, just memorising/reading off the SEAT answer for how to introduce yourself? Or should I not worry about reading off a script?
Do be yourself and honest, just take inspiration and learn how you can best portray your skills from these answers :) I also do not recommend reading your answers off a script during your interview :)

Tell how it affects you, for example "How this affects me is because of my high standards of work, I sometimes hold on to projects to long"... then tell how you are addressing this issue. I recently had a job interview. Where my interviewee said he loved every answer I responded to his question. Told the uniform would be presented to me and I can start working the next week, just to send me a text message saying “unfortunately we are not hiring at the time and we wish you the best of luck.” 😢😂
