How to receive the energy of the light language and energy:
Just be open to it. You can accept it whether that’s saying “Yes" out loud or just affirming yes in your mind and being willing to receive the energy. You can choose which benefits you receive. Benefits will be amplified with repetition and meditating with the audio but it's not necessary.
The light language is always more powerful and in-depth than what's written in the benefits. They are just a guide but I tend to channel more unique energies and sometimes they will come in the form of an image or scenario which energy is also channelled into the sub.

-Bring your highest timeline to you. This new timeline that you have been brought upon is your very own respawn timeline(i.e. the timeline where you actually respawn). It is brought to you right now as you tune into this energy and your timeline shifts to your actual and final respawn. Your respawn is permanent.
-Raise your vibration/soul frequency rapidly and quickly without any harm caused to you so that you mould seamlessly with your highest timeline/your home reality.
-Break all contracts and bonds that are related to this reality. This means every part of you(higher self, subconscious, guidance team, etc) and this reality knows that you are now experiencing your final moments in this reality.
-As your current self, bring your desired reality to you so that you may step into it, even fall into it as it is right at your feet. Your desired reality is literally surrounding and encompassing you at this moment. Feel its energy hug you as you move into fully existing in your dr/hr/wr.
-Without even realising it, you are suddenly home. You have reached your highest timeline, your home reality. You are at a point where all your old timelines have aligned into one big and beautiful timeline which is the timeline where you fully respawn to your home reality. -Bring the energy of respawning down to earth. What I mean by this is that you now accept shifting/respawning/reincarnation as normal. Energy enters your being and awakens this normalised energy of omniversal travel within you. Forget all you’ve been programmed with when you entered this reality. Know you have been an omniversal traveller for all of your existence and will continue to do so for aeons and aeons, whether you choose to remember it or not. You have been travelling and now you remember that is it your right to keep on doing so. This reality has no control over you as you are the most powerful being in your own reality.
-Channelled energy from a realm that mimics our respawn journey called ‘growing seed’:
You have been growing with your realities from a seed to a sprout to a growing plant to a tree to a whole forest to a civilisation-filled jungle. You have succeeded in bringing your new world to you as you have completed your growth and are ready to experience your true home.
-This helps you feel your home reality call to you. Take deep breaths to release the old and inhale the new. Your new earth/world/realm is here. Call upon your home reality. Call it to you as it is yours. Bring your family, your friends, lovers, mentors, pets or whatever or whoever you feel would help you from your hr and call that to you now as your current self. They are here, holding your hand and guiding you home. Asking you to step into your new reality. Take that step now. Jump, leap, fly!
An extra benefit that I got inspired to channel as I watched Kung Fu Panda 3 (it’s a very powerful movie if you understand the messages surrounding self-empowerment that it teaches. I suggest watching it to see if it can help you with anything!)
Find out who you are - channelled chi from Master Oogway, activate your inner chi to form your true soul's self - find your power and use it to go home. As I channelled this I found that my chi being is a huge golden and pale-pink unicorn. She is me but is also much larger than me. I saw myself in the middle of this unicorn and noticed that we are one and the same. Like in the movie, my inner chi being takes up a nonphysical, energetic form.
-Create a portal around you - a light bubble around you which is your own portal to your home reality.

I just want to add I've had lots of results from this sub already. Many vivid and lucid dreams of my hr and wr, my dog in my wr and my s/o. They were actually so cool! I talked to one of my guides in my lucid dream last night and she gave me a book which I flipped through. It had pictures and messages from all of my drs (even some that I didn't know about) and it was just so awesome to see. She explained what I was like and what I did in each of these realities too.
I just happened to stumble upon this video today and felt like I should give it a go and it did work! After listening, I went to sleep and although not very clear, I felt I was being guided in some way . I've been trying to astral project/ lucid dream/ prepare my mind for shifting for a while and was really in need for some guidance.
