Just how SLOW is transferring at Spadina Station on the TTC?

In my previous video of Spadina station in January, I called the transfer from line 1 (Yonge-University-Spadina) to line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) a "barebones transfer", also stating that there isn't much to this transfer. What I didn't showcase was just how slow it is to transfer at Spadina vs St. George station, which is the next subway stop for both subway lines. So, in this video, I showcase just how slow the Spadina station transfer is and compare it to the St. George transfer.
Please note that walking speeds are different between people and that times could vary. However, this is a general approximation on how long both transfers take. Recorded May 30, 2024.

Wish in the spadina tunnel they included a mini museum

That would be a nice addition. Tbh anything other than the barebones appearance the tunnel has right now is a massive improvement

I thought you were going to time to see if it takes the same amount of time too get to Spadina Station from line 2 to line 1 and see if it will be the same time as the train going past Spadina Station on Line 2, you get off at St. George to transfer, and get off at Spadina again

To be fair with your comment, I considered adding the subway portion when planning out how I wanted to record this video, but ultimately, I decided on just timing the transfer piece and making a comparison. I could see a use case for the Spadina transfer if you are heading westbound on line 2 (maybe). Thanks for watching!
