I still do not think Fury is being truly appreciated for what a special heavyweight he is . We've never seen someone this size who is this versatile. He can fight any way you would want. He can overwhelm you with brute strength and size. He can fight from distance, he has quick, accurate hands. He Possesses great movement, and can take a serious shot. He's the total package.

What’s most amazing about your assessment, is that though it’s all true, it doesn’t mention what I think is most important, and that’s his ridiculous stamina. All of that talent would be for nothing if he couldn’t make use of all that talent, carrying all that size and weight consistently for 12 rounds.

You forgot to mention cheating, have you seen how fury keeps holding wilders head down and punching him at the same time? He should have lost points for leaning on wilder over and over. Wilder looked drained from the first bell, for whatever reason, which is his own fault. But wilder could have been much better.

Wilder doesn’t gain the smallest respect for his character outside the ring or boxing skills. However the fighting instinct is something that can’t be taught, you’re born with it. Both fighters showed they have the warrior spirit. Wilder was getting beat up quite badly with zero energy but he still refused to submit. It’s that point that earns him respect. Of course Fury deserves all the plaudits, doesn’t seem to have any weaknesses and definitely the best of his era.

Tyson Fury would win 10 out of 10 fights regardless of Deontay being 15 , 16 or 17 stone. Deontay probably won circa 5 rounds throughout the trilogy. Teddy Atlas seems obsessed with wilder . Similar with David Hay who also kept rooting for wilder to win three times . Each time before the fight Hay said Wilder . What is it with those types . Hay who commentated at rings side (why pick him?) said im eating my words as wilder was steamrolled . Still he said before the third wilder will d it this time . all Hey ever does is yap yap yap and all the wrong tunes. Hay and Atlas should know better one would imagine but quite the opposite. Hay is another one of those who picked Joshua to win . Hay said Joshua will over come Uzyk. So, four wrong prediction in Hays case. with Teddy it seems he backed the American because he is a Yankee. i say bollocks to their wisdoms . How can Teddy the ex trainer and Hay the ex champion get is so wrong not that i am complaining . Im very pleased and happy for the chipsy king . Wilder got a beating even though he lasted much longer and tried harder he still got a pasting. Out hustled out boxed outpunched out bullied . Good ridden to the wilder myth . Dead and buried now.

@@robertmanfredthurrigl9424 plz stfu.. Hindsight is 20/20 wilder KO'd fury TWICE, MOST MEN WOULD'VE NEVER WOKE UP FROM THE FIRST KO let alone the 2nd one but that's proved that fury has an iron chin and there was nothing wilder could do to beat fury Bcu fury is the best currently.. He is Wilders kryptonite, you can't fault atlas for picking wilder.. it's easy to say this now after the fight is done that teddy is bias but wilder easily could've won that fight, teddy knows that wilder has the "eraser" right hand that could end a fight at any moment so when ur given the option between a ruthless right hand that is the touch of death basically or fury who is an amazing technical fighter, the best "boxing" heavyweight in the world, best heavyweight period in the world now... bcuz of his boxing ability at such a large size, before this fight he was known as a guy with not amazing punching power for a heavyweight but after this fight and that TKO on wilder in the 11th that is ComPletly nonesense.. He flatlined wilder stone cold... but back to my point, most people thought with the home field advantage and no brits being able to come to Vegas due to COVID travel regulations so it was a heavy wilder crowd in the arena.. These factors prolly made teddy believe that wilder would get redemption for the last fight but we now know fury is Wilders kryptonite..wilder can fight fury 10 times and hell be lucky to win once.. Fury has too many tools in his toolbox like a hammer, screwdriver, a flat head meanwhile wilder only has a hammer but it's a hammer made from tungsten.. the strongest metal on the planet. .. wilder KO'd fury twice.... Any other fighter would've never got up from the first KO let alone the 2nd KO, AJ doesn't get up or usyk or ruinlz or any other heavyweight.. it just so happens fury has an iron chin and a heart of gold & got the final blow at the perfect time in the 11th.. the final TKO..and deserved it... But teddy's prediction is by no means bias, wilder has the eraser... He can end a fight at any moment but wilder finally came up against a fighter who does what wilder can't beat which is "box" who has a concrete chin and is his kryptonite in fury, fury is the best heavyweight in this generation period

Fury made me money . thank you Fury. Im not a trainer but i made money in all three fights . My biggest return was a draw at 25/1 . A hunch and some history knowledge like when they gave it a draw when Lewis and Holyfield first met. In america a foreigner has to stop the yank and by that i mean a kO or TKO . He wont get a points win . I was more right then Atlas and that idiotic Hay who yaps an yaps. Your description of Fury being Wilders cryptonite is a good one . He seems to drain the live out of him. @@robertmanfredthurrigl9424 well when it comes to judges... No matter what country u are, they will always favor the champion.. Bcuz the champion has payed his dues,he gets the benefit of the doubt if a rnd was a draw wtf etc. Judges will always get the extra +1 Pt to the champ bcuz that's how it always has been for 100yrs years has nothing do with yanks. The challenger has to prove he's worthy of being champ so he must not let it fall in the judges hands.. Especially if it's in Las Vegas for a heavyweight title bout.. U have to TKO the champ even tho fury won the last one, this was a rematch bcuz of the rematch clause in the contract so the judges will still see wilder as a semi champ over him being a full fledged challenger even tho that's what he really was. But now that's over, fury is the full fledged champ, so whoever faces him will get the same treatment by the judges, they will have to overcome the odds to beat fury... If it's a close match, the champ will always come out on top with the judges with points, fury gets all those benefits now.

Like I've been saying Tyson fury is a great heavyweight with his size and boxing skills it's amazing but I think one of the reasons he doesn't get the recognition he deserves cuz it would be like taking Adonis Stevenson and him fighting in the lightweight division that's how big the Gap was and wait between deontay Wilder and Tyson fury and I think one of the reasons Deonte Wilder didn't shake hands is because it kills him to his core that the only thing to destroy his legacy the only heavyweight that could possibly beat him in this era was basically an impossible task you're asking him to beat the giant who can box someone who outweighs him by 50 pounds too lays on them who drains his energy and it's like I got to do the impossible even and even then still wouldn't have gotten credit Muhammad Ali didn't even have to be a giant that much bigger than him like that I think that kills him to his core

Yeah. But at least at heavyweight, they mostly get left to stay in their weight class. At the lower weight classes, a British fighter could unify the belts and destroy everyone, then they just say "Ah, well that's a weak division, We won't even recognize you unless you fight this guy 5 divisions heavier or lighter. And you've got to come here to do it." Meanwhile, American champions, get to sit in some obscure weight class - Artichoke butter weight, or some shit - and never fight outside the US, and they're called greats if they can keep an unbeaten record for a few years, even if the division is so empty, they have to fight the same two guys over and over.

I'm finding a lot of the comments about Wilder a bit odd. It's true that he showed a lot of guts and heart, but Fury beat him as he did in the second fight, and has dominated much of the 3 fights. Fury deserves more credit than Wilder. It almost seems like the sort of thing you see in politics or the media, where there is a bigger spotlight put onto a specific thing to go with a certain narrative. It has been clear ever since Fury beat Klistchko that he will never be rated as highly as he should be some people. Whether it is because of his personality, some of the comments he has made in the past, or the fact he doesn't look like an Adonis - there are people out there who are not going to change their minds. The good news for Fury is that many people do rate him very highly.

But remember fury hasn’t the best preparation and it was clearly! Wilders (fire ) fighting his best fight made it a way more competitive fight. Because Fury has not the best preparation. But remember f wilder took so much beating and who should protect wilder from him self! No one dares ! But he’s health might be a drunk brain later. Breland might be like the r reason he can fight yesterday But Teddy does speak at one topic and reflection and we ended in a raw conversation with out to many thoughts ahead before his He’s not an intellectual Teddy is okay. But he is and should be biased. Wilder should have been lighter I hindsight. But okay he has only 4 rounds to win because he has Ko doormen ( as you self said) but his power shot wasn’t like Tyson he did it from every vinkel . Wilder would have been KO by Tyson in 2 min . No technical skills. Stop this nonsense about god as he interfered. Teddy he has never fought the best ( IBF ,WBA ,WBC & the linear & ring magazine Belts. and . Evander did also do illegal steroids. Hindsight is 20/20.....u act like fury dominated the fight.. It was a slug fest.. wilder KO'd fury twice.... Any other fighter would've never got up from the first KO let alone the 2nd KO, AJ doesn't get up or isyk or ruin or any other heavyweight.. it just so happens fury got the final blow at the perfect time in the 11th.. the final TKO..and deserved it... But teddy's prediction is by no means bias, wilder has the eraser... He can end a fight at any moment but wilder finally came up against a boxer who has a concrete chin and is his kryptonite in fury, fury is the best heavyweight in this generation period.

It’s the whole Rocky nonsense and the fact Americans need this narrative in order to digest what happened. Wilder wasn’t “fighting for his soul” - it ain’t that deep. Fury is just a better fighter and it showed in all 3x matches.
