There is a mistake in the video. Not in the lyrics (that I can see), but in the credits. Circus-P wrote the song, not Hatsune Miku. And, if you mean who originally sang it.. Luka (and Gumi) originally sang it.

NicoNico is a platform, similar to youtube, in Japan.. where you can upload your videos :3 And Utaite are real singers that are covering Vocaloid songs while VOCALOID is just a program where (real) people have recorded syllables from the Japanese Kana system and that syllables can be configurated to songs/different tunes.. that's how different producers can work with voices though they're not singing themselves.. But there are also Utaite like Piko that have recorded syllables FOR a Vocaloid. In that case Utatane Piko. The main difference is that Vocaloids are just a fictional image/fictional characters.. like mascotts..just to support the voice (through visualization) but NicoNico Utaite are real people like you and me ^w^ Hope I made it clear.. my English is not the very best, so I hope you excuse me

Well that's a poor excuse for him. A real singer would train their voice to get rid of their accent when singing in a language not their own. Look up Nightwish they're from over seas and English isn't their main language either.
