No it never does I think with a personal case your filling up a emotional gap of missing love or a loved one so one just hoards things because they are occupying themselves with shopping because they’re love is not their absent in their life,maybe to cheer themselves upalittle bit.but items shoes clothes can never buy love or fill in that gap of love,some are hiding deep depression and when they over shop they feel depressed more afterwards
