I started reading the sequel to this the other day without realizing that it was (to some extant) a continuation! You absolutely sold me on reading this right from your description of the introduction and how 'being' became problematized in poetry. Great vid

I remember having a similar reaction to yours when I first read this book! Anne Carson is great.
