    Just wanted to let y'all know that we can tell the person who wrote the ADHD ad doesn't know anything about ADHD... Because "go ahead and click that skip button" is a challenge and being impulsive is literally part of it. May be good to get some more neurodivergent people on your marketing team.

      I came here looking for that ad so that I could shit on it. I completely agree. It's belittling and almost a mockery. Challenging them to skip your ad is the dumbest thing you can possibly do in that situation.

      The ad doesn't make me want Speechify, it makes me want to find whoever wrote the ads for it and shove a PC with this ad playing 24/7 down their throat

    Echoing a lot of other people here by saying that ad with the "go on, by all means skip the ad and save a few seconds" is an incredibly rude way of berating people for not watching your content. Any interest I had in the product is gone simply from treating your consumer base in that fashion.

      I remember once watching one of their ads that had the "john" voice saying that "did you even notice that I'm not a real human talking" they really think that their tts is THAT good lmao

    You guys really need to consider folks with dogs when making your ads. Having a UA-cam ad start with a doorbell does not make a dog owner inclined to consider your product!

    You are so insensitive to people with ADHD, attempting to take advantage of them and shame them into buying your product by saying "but no! skip the ad! save a few seconds!" in the ads you air everywhere. It's literally phycological warfare against more susceptible people. And your ads air extremely frequently. Shame on you.

    The ADHD ad comes off fucking hostile. I had to go out of my way to say how much I hated it. Get a new advertising team. If you want to choose ADHD as a target demographic that is fine, but sell it to me by being straight up and telling me what it does rather than shoving the notion that I NEED your program down my throat. "But no, go ahead and skip," as if you've piqued my interest already, and as if all you had to do was say ADHD for my ears to be perked and for me to be completely sold on the product. So fucking pretentious.
