most beautiful poem My most beautiful poem ? I did not write it. It rose from the deepest depths. I kept it silent. I would like to seduce you, right now, in this moment, to listen to your most beautiful poem inside, to be silent ... Be luxurious and allow yourself times of silence. If not now, maybe when Advent and Christmas are over and things are quieter? Having time and being silent go together. It is a gift and a choice. The decision to let everything else rest for half an hour, a whole hour, to take time for silence. The outer silence can help. But it is not as important as we sometimes think. Whether you are sitting or walking, inside or outside. This is also not so significant, orient yourself according to your possibilities. What matters is that you want to follow your longing for silence. Stillness is never the same. Sometimes we can just let ourselves fall and feel peace. Other times, thoughts want us to engage with them. Let them move on like the water of a river. After the time of silence, there will be enough space for them .... Come feelings, accept them and give them a good place next to you. Feelings are a part of us, they are allowed to be there, just as they are. The more often you give in to your longing for silence, the more familiar it will become for you. Like a friend who accompanies you or a poem that is kept silent ..
