I bought the schematic but feel a little fooled that the look inside video is behind another paywall.
Shouldn‘t the schematics be provided in a way that clearly shows where to add additional components to the 386?
      That’s frustrating and disapointing…

I already had a few of these pcbs in a couple of the stereo ones as well that I was going to build into something like pedals. Glad you went ahead of me. I bought your schematics to see how you did it or the AI did it. With your tweaks I will build it on a breadboard first see what I like. I had tried to build this PCB into a guitar to act as a preamp for humbuckers when you split them into a single coil but I had anomalies with the power line and the common ground for battery and signal. If only there was a push pull switch with four sets of contacts instead of three I could have made it work I could have worked around it with a toggle switch but I did not want to add an extra thing to do to get what you're looking for once you go into single coil by the push pull. On a stride it would have been okay to add a toggle switch and do the split with the toggle and the separate the battery supplies from the signal grounds.
Anyways keep putting out the good stuff I always liked the stimulation

@@WaylonMcPhersonGuitar yea I figured using a 750k would alter the presence control which I like the way it is. Any suggestions for getting a touch more output level that won’t alter the sound? @@WaylonMcPhersonGuitar my experienced has shown me nothing but headaches when working with the lm386 . particularly unpleasant artifacts found in the release . if one does not sustain a note and wait one will not experience what i am on about . mind you i never tried the full pcbs . all of my experiences where from building lm386 based amps and drive circuits from scratch . your demos sound very good ! hats off hats very cool .

You can't buy the pedal you can only build it, also $40 for the rest of the parts, where are you shopping?

anyway a good "new" pedal is going to cost a lot more than $40.50 for sure + with this you are learning and on your way customizing your own tones
