I was just about to address those comments that I seen about Christmas being a pagan holiday, but I couldn’t find them! I just wanted to say ROMANS 14!!!! That’s it! Satan tries to pervert everything we do that gives Glory to Jesus and he can’t win! he won’t win! Period ! There’s liberty in Christ to worship Him in

Romans 14:1-4

He emphasizes that both groups should accept one another without passing judgment.
Verse 2 states, "One person's faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables." This highlights the differing views on food, which can extend to practices such as fasting. (Romans 14:5-6): speaks about people’s convictions Paul continues by discussing observance of days, saying, "One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind." This implies that fasting or abstaining from certain foods can be seen as a personal conviction, and each believer should act according to their conscience. Romans 14:7-12Paul emphasizes that believers should remember that we all belong to the Lord and will stand before Him in judgment. This calls for mutual respect and love, especially when it comes to differing practices like fasting or dietary choices.He urges believers not to let their freedom in Christ become a stumbling block for others . This chapter is specifically talking about fasting
@ you’re reading Romans 14 with the preconception of “fasting” The Lord already speaks in detail to us about fasting in the gospels. Romans 14 is again, no matter how you break it down, it’s about one’s personal convictions, The Holy Spirit gives examples and yes food is one but you disregarded the example of “DAYS”. You also speak of context, but if a believer was fasting and went to a dinner and abstained from meat, and was asked, would not the other believer understand completely that they were abstaining from a particular food for a reason? But no there’s more difficulty in the situation as one believer believes it’s wrong to eat certain things, partake in certain DAYS & etc so then personal convictions are the main context, this is why The Holy Spirit says “One person esteems one day above another;another esteems every day alike.Let each be fully convinced in his own mind. He who observes the DAY, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the DAY , to the Lord he does not observe it. He who EATS, EATS to The Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he who does not EAT, to the Lord he does not EAT, and gives God thanks.”Romans 14:5-6
Romans 14 when it all comes down to it, prohibits arguments like what the enemy wants this to be but it’s not. Each believer must be FULLY CONVINCED in his own mind. If a believer observes Christmas to glorify our Lord and savior coming down in the likeness of man than another believer isn’t to argue with that brother/sister about it because they observe that day to JESUS and if another believer doesn’t observe it because personal convictions they believe it to be wrong, then the other believer who doesn’t have those same convictions aren’t suppose to argue with the other about why they should because “Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.” Romans 14:4

I’m in no way pushing my convictions on anyone so I strongly encourage you to read that chapter again in context and with an open heart . You can even google what Romans 14 is talking about there are other verses about conviction but you’re taking this one out of context .
