Your have a good knowledge and experience . Nowadays there are two very common intolerance one is lactose intolerance that is milk and other one is letex tolerance, it is a protein of rubber which is also found in some fruits and vegetable like pineapple ,papaya muskmelon, watermelon , potato tomato ,banana, kiwi etc the consumption of these leads to the bloating ,acidity ,diarrhoea and pain in the stomach . Please make a video on these intolerance.
