- Namaste, I drove the Toyota Hilux in Uttarakhand recently both on the road and Off the road extensively. Here are my honest opinions on how it performed in such situations. The event was hosted by Toyota Bharat, but they don't have any hold on my opinions and all my reviews are without any bias.

I was using this beast when I was in South Africa, it's totally unbreakable, was using this in copper mines and in mines too it ran like a pure bullet. Undoubtedly best offroader truck.

Actually its not suitable for mountains at all. No BS 6 car can safely travel in high altitude slow traffic. The DPF gets clogged. Buy a petrol SUV or a BS4 deisel. These youtubers will never say this. Just search for dpf issues in ladakh and all you will find all cars struggling.
