(i realise this is kind of redundant/bad advice for now as it's lockdown in most places but I hope you can do this when things blow over)

Listening to her songs has taken all the voices out of my head, i am a schizophrenic i had to leave the United States to get well, it took me 5 years of sobriety and away from psych to heal. I first listened to complicated then healed with Sk8r boi. It's the feeling it made me feel that got me out of it.
