In this video I did talked about having healthy lifestyle. But as you can see on the last part we still ate unhealthy foods. Having healthy lifestyle really needs strict self discipline 🥲😆
Some additional perspective on being old or elderly in Finland: Statistically, persons over 65 years of age are classified as elderly in Finland. The classification is based on the fact that 65 years is the general retirement age. However, there is no universally accepted definition of when old age begins, because the statistical concept of aging is not the only interpretation of old age. The concept of aging based on functional ability defines old age as starting only at the age of 75, and only one in three 70-74-year-olds consider themselves old. Age has several different meanings: biological, physiological, psychological, social and subjective age are different dimensions of the same phenomenon.
hii , so i would like to ask you something. I got admission in finland in arcada university which is in helsinki , my yearly fee is 6500 but after scholarship it’ll be 3800 euros per year. I’m 18 and have no experience so will i be able to manage expenses in finland ?
There are part time jobs that don’t need experience like cleaning or dishwashing, rarely requires basic finnish language. In my case when we came here our tuition is already fully paid, but i know some same case as yours and they work really hard while studying to pay for their remaining tuition. Its kinda more challenging but they’re almost done with their study too.
