I know that Russia doesn’t have the best look right now, but I am able to say with great confidence that these manufacturers have made great creations. The SU25 by far is one of the best looking air support aircraft that I’ve ever seen.

The critics on many soviet airframes are so unfair. It´s the bad use and the poor training of the crews what gave them such bad reputation. Go send an A-10 or an F-16 with dumb bombs and rocket to a very well defended area and you´ll see what happens.

Meanwhile, the aviation schools of the USSR and Russia are among the best in the world... :/

I nearly only see them with those 800l droptanks, ECM (those funny boxes at the end of each wing, mps-410's), and a pair of s-8's or b-13's.
