Sonic games stopped being good or even decent when Pontac and Graff took over as lead writers starting with Sonic Colors, so basically every game past that point sucks minus Sonic Mania. Basically every other Sonic game before Sonic Colors is good, great, or at least has something good about it (even Sonic 06 and Shadow the Hedgehog.)
