Tartaglia was basically sold to the Fatui by his parents. His fall into the abyss changed him and they couldn't deal with it, so they decided to send him to the Fatui instead - and he was around 14 when he was put there. And when we meet him he's about 19-20 years old, and a Harbinger on top of that. He went from recruit to Harbinger in at most 5-6 years, but it was probably more along the lines of 3 years since we know he had been in Liyue for a while as a Harbinger. At least long enough to know Zhongli to the point of being able to casually call him over for the Traveler to meet, and to be able to accurately say his lines about what the other Harbingers are like.
I know this, but I couldn't find a good video to explain it. I'll put his backstory and other stuff in another part because I felt bad for not giving him enough videos.
So I know you're likey going to focus on Arlecchino and Scaramouche next, but if you ever have a section for Pantalone, I think it could be interesting if he were quirkless (doesn't have a vision in canon). It's also known he's the wealthiest of the Harbingers, and is responsible for the Fatuis economic policy. I dunno, could be an interesting opportunity to talk about quirkless discrimination, but obviously it's your videos, so it's up to you.

In fact Fatui is official organisation of Snezhnaya. They are diplomats. So in mha world they also would be official organisation of Russia.
