I swear I have a love hate relationship with him. As a character I just absolutely love him. He's very interesting and extremely well written. But in the actual story, as a person I really hate and can't stand him. I'd love to reach into the game and just punch that smirk off his face.

In the tiktok, it says that Dottore put his heart INSIDE Kabukimono, not that he gave it to him. I was also very confused, which is why I clarified it in the video. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
Yes I think he put it in a lamp and that protected it kabukimobo rays of electricity or I don't know what and then he told kabukimono to open it and he saw the heart @@depressedreader
half of this wasn't even cannon unfortunately, dottore hasnt even met collei but she was under his care in the laboratory, only by other scholars, secondly Dottore never killed Diluc's father because Diluc died of a delusion. I hope this clears it out

Collei was in his laboratory, Dottore was in charge of the experiment and Collei literally said that she was lead to HIM. Diluc's father died due to his delusion because of a sudden monster attack, where he was forced to use it. Delusion were created by the Fatui and distributed by them, so it's still Dottore's fault indirectly. Also, said monster was later slayed by Dottore to make Mondstadt indebted to Snezhnaya, therefore the Fatui. It's all the Genshin Impact official manga if you didn't know. TLDR: The information in the video is mostly true due to the manga. However, Crepus did die due to Delusion.
